Solo-built Minecraft experiences

A custom server network where every flagship game was coded from scratch as plugins.

I'm André, the solo developer behind HerozDev. I built MineKart, CounterBlocks, and LostKnights for vanilla Minecraft with no mods required, while my girlfriend creates the 3D models that give the server its own identity.

Server IP that ties the whole world together.

Custom games that feel like separate Minecraft products

HerozDev is structured like a game hub. Each mode has its own tone, systems, and progression loop so the network feels closer to a launcher than a single server world.

Built as plugins, not dependent on modpacks

The core pitch is accessibility: join on modern Minecraft without installing extras. The heavy lifting is done server-side through custom plugin development and bespoke gameplay systems.

A two-person creative pipeline with clear roles

The gameplay, code, and systems are solo-developed by André. The 3D model work is handled by his girlfriend, giving the network a consistent handmade visual layer across its experiences.

About the project

Why this server exists

HerozDev is built around the idea that Minecraft can host fully original experiences without asking players to install anything extra. That constraint shaped the entire project: game loops, combat, racing, progression, and visual identity all had to be created in a way that feels custom while remaining easy to access.

The result is a network centered on authored games instead of generic modes. Every major experience on the server was designed and coded by one developer, with custom 3D models made by my girlfriend bringing a distinct look that separates the world from standard plugin hubs.
